The owner, Will Sherman, has long been a passionate believer that it is incumbent upon building professionals to build responsibly with an eye on creating living space where “less is more” in terms of energy consumption.
As one of the first builders in the state to become an Energy Star builder, Will challenges himself to stay on top of technological developments in mechanical (heating & cooling) systems, home automation and renewable energy sources.
He is especially proud to have received recent notice that he is the 2009 Connecticut HOBI award winner for Most Energy Efficient Remodel.
